Let’s talk about the outreach freeze.

Let’s talk about the outreach freeze.

You sit down to message that potential client.

Follow up with a lead.
Pitch your offer.
And suddenly… your mind goes blank.
No words. No ideas. Just an urge to scroll, snack, or open a new Canva tab.

Can you imagine that?

For a long time, I thought I was procrastinating.

Or that I needed to get into “the right energy.”

But here’s what was really happening:

My nervous system didn’t see outreach as aligned.
It saw it as unsafe.

Somewhere along the way, I coded visibility as risk.
Initiation as exposure.
Taking action as a loss of control.

So even though I knew what to do and had the experience in sales I’d freeze. Because my body believed:
“If I put myself out there, something bad might happen.”

Everything shifted after dissolving the emotional loop.

Outreach isn’t a threat.
It’s not a test of my worth.
It’s an extension of my sovereignty.

I didn’t need a better DM strategy.
I needed a nervous system that knew I can hold;
💫 I can take up space and still be safe.
💫 I can move without bracing.
💫 I can initiate from clarity—not panic.

That shift rewired everything.

If you’ve been putting off the same outreach task…

If your mind goes blank the second you try to do the thing…

It’s not a mindset issue.

It’s a signal issue.

Your power isn’t missing. It’s just waiting for a safer channel to move through.
